Excellent way to earn points paying your cell phone bill. If you have a prepaid plan rather than paying Verizon directly, you can instead buy these pre-paid cards and earn BBY points. Then use the card to pay off your Verizon bill. It is an extra step but if you are already at BBY to buy something else its easy to pick up a card. Also if you need a way of reaching your annual spending goal to reach the next reward tier this is a good way to doing so.

Don't get limited by an unlimited plan. Verizon Plan has a simple size for everyone, each with more data and Unlimited Talk & Text.

I have a prepaid Verizon phone that costs $15/month. Rather than paying the bill each month directly through Verizon, going to BBY and buying these cards and then using them to pay on the phone allows for me to earn BBY points to turn into certificates to use on future Verizon prepaid cards. A few extra steps, but when coupled with using Shopkick to earn points walking into the store, and scanning at the register, it all adds up into valuable additional savings.

With the weather turning to winter the power grid can be less than reliable. With a business to run and sudden power loss leading to hours of lost productivity a big powerful battery is needed. This one does the job, providing about 5 to 10 minutes of power to keep a high performance PC/monitor combo going to allow for a controlled shut down. It should be noted this battery is a huge hefty block and takes up quite a bit of space. Cyberpower and APC are your two main choices at BBY. I went with Cyberpower based on wide ranging internet reviews that stated their batteries tend to outperform their quoted stats.

Good Alternative to Bose

There are not a lot of noise cancelling headphones available on the market. Bose is the leader but their headphones can be pretty pricey. These are a nice alternative at 1/4th the cost. The noise reduction is powered by a AAA battery that goes into the right head phone. The reduction can be turned on or off with a manual toggle. When turned off the headphones work as standard headphones, conserving battery life. I use these headphones because the neighbor likes to play their music very loud and it helps out quite a bit.

This is a very basic set of headphones. When plugged into the audio jack, the headphones have an unanticipated dampening effect. Consequently the audio on the unit they are plugged into has to be turned way up. It's impossible to get the phones above a moderate music level despite max output from all volume controls. If you are looking for something to rock your eardrums, don't get these, they are just too soft spoken.
