Works Very Well...Until it leaks

This humidifier has been great in my boys' room. Nose bleeds have stopped, coughs have stopped, and they no longer complain about scratchy throats.

But yesterday my wife went in their room and there was a massive puddle all over the floor. The entire tank leaked out. I didn't know about this and made the same mistake tonight (getting ready for bed). I've been troubleshooting for the past 45 minutes, and it seems the water is leaking out from under where the tank meets the "body". There are no seals, so the water pressure seems to be forcing itself out of the tank and reservoir.

I will call Crane Customer Care tomorrow to see how they intend to handle it.

Two stars because it worked quite well...until it didn't.
