The actors Ron Howard has assembled are dopplegangers for the real people portrayed in this movie, but the dialogue is a little light on gravitas. The cinematography is a revelation. The fact that most of the movie was actually shot live and not CG is amazing.

I saw this movie on an enormous screen in a 70mm presentation. The Blu-Ray isn't quite as good as that, but ... it is truly one of the greatest movies of all time. Easily my favorite biopic of all time.

This is no Million Dollar Baby, but Clint Eastwood gives a believable performance and does his usual confident job in the director's chair. Amy Adams is really coming into her own as one of the top actresses working today and the way she inhabits her characters is wonderful to watch.

Perfect remote for the average home theater system

This was a replacement for the Harmony 600 remote which died. The setup function/website was different between the two remotes and therefore required some work to transfer the settings. The internet browser I initially tried was not supported by the website and I had to switch computers and call the support desk to get this setup completed. This is the 5th Harmony remote I have used successfully. I am sorry Logitech is selling the brand.
