My nephew is heavily into games like Overwatch, League of legends and Heroes of the Storm and they all run really smooth. He told me Overwatch runs at around 300fps with the stock equipment, not overclocked. This is my first Mac computer. I've owned numerous PC laptops and desktops, and own several generations of iPads. Wanted computer that I could do stuff (research, programming, etc.) and could do facetime and messenger stuff as most of my family communicates using facetime/messenger. Pros: Solid build, quick startup and performs tasks quickly. Cons: Not as many programs available for Macs as PC (without using virtual PC), slight learning curve switching from PC to Mac. Overall, I got my Macbook Pro at a $300 discount and am pretty happy with my purchase.

This subscription is a must have for Xbox gamers. It's a bit pricey at $60/year for some people, who don't play online games and prefer playing solo on their xbox but for those who take full advantage of the xbox's capabilities and play online against other players, $5 a month is nothing. Microsoft also provides a few quality games each month, also. You can also find the subscription on sale for around $40, then it's a no-brainer and an easy buy.

I loved the first Sin City movie, and when this movie was really cheap I had to pick it up. This sequel was ok, but it wasn't up to par as the first Movie. Not sure it's worth seeing over and over again but it's a nice romp every once in a while. Is it worth owning? Yes, at the cheap price I got it for...at $20 or whatever, I'd wait.

I love the 'Alien' storyline, even if the quality of the later chapters seem to be going down. Alien, caught on with many people with the sci-fi/horror genre and Aliens, I thought, brought in the fans of sci-fi horror and those wanting more 'Rambo' style action. But, after that the next chapters storyline quality seemed to take a downward trend...they weren't bad, just not what I was hoping for in quality. This edition of the original Alien movie is one of the best editions, I've seen. On this Blu-ray you can choose to play the Theatrical version or the Directors-Cut version....Not much is added to the story and doesn't seem to noticable but it's neat to see what was cut. The extras in this edition are pretty nice too. If you have other editions of Alien, I'd say wait till it's on sale (I bought mine for !$3) but if you don't have it or haven't seen it, you should definitely pick up this edition.

I fell in love with Assassin's Creed when I played AC 2. AC 3 and AC: revelations were almost as good, I did miss out on playing trying AC: Brotherhood as I still had a backlog of games and couldn't find cheap copies of it..I guess that's why they say it's one of the better AC games. I first picked up AC: Black flag on the 360 and fell in love again, right away as the scenery shifts from the European scenes to the pirates/sea farers scene. When I picked up the Xbox One, this was the first game I had to try, and luckily it was free with the purchase of the XBO. AC: BF looks gorgeous on the XBO and playability is about the same....it's a love/hate kind of thing...especially on those chase/ tracking scenes....which usually takes 4+ tries before completing the task. All in all, if you love the Assassin's Creed games, this is one you will surely love too.
