The washer and dryer are great however it was not what the salesman said it would do. My complaint is, when I was buying them I asked the salesman if the doors on them could be switched to opposite sides and he said yes. Once equipment was delivered and set up I asked the delivery person if he was going to swap the washer door to opposite side he said it could not be done. I had to go back to Best Buy and order the electric lux models and it cost an additional 300 dollars and still do not have them 3 weeks later. Was scheduled to be here February 10th and received phone call that they will not be here till the 27th (Maybe).
