1st Maze Runner kept me interested. Also, hooked me into buying the sequel. Expanded on why they separated these kids from the population. Not too original with the evil creatures - hope they would have been more cleaver. Cliff hanger ending - will probably see the third installment of this series. Best Buy had a free movie offer with purchase of this movie - can't beat that.

Good movie - kept me interested. Didn't try to pick out the minor flaws while watching this film. Nice that they realize some people had to die during the two hours of action. Great twist at the end made me want to see the sequel. Would recommend buying at the price of a movie ticket.

Good way to kill an afternoon

Entertaining but a bit over the top

Like the previous Jurassic genre movies, this sequel was very entertaining. The action was fairly constant but on occasion a tad over the top. No body count was given but the rate of humans not surviving seemed very high (very few were just injured). Some of the situations our heroes found themselves in were too unrealistic which led to my low rating. For the low price well worth watching on a hot day in Phoenix.

Over the top entertaining movie

The fast and the furious franchise has been making movies for several years. They are trying to top the previous movies with unrealistic action scenes. They have added the Rock to the cast previously and he's the best of the bunch. Now with Jason Statham in the "family" the series of Fast and Furious is down right ridiculous. This is Paul Walker's final movie so to me it's a must see movie if you've seen all the others. All I would like to see in the future movies are a more local operation. The price was great for this movie.

A bit too long for this low action movie

Held off purchasing and watching this movie because I felt like I knew what the movie was going to be like. Sure enough it was a labor to watch this over two hour movie. Could have chopped off at least 30 minutes in order to keep my attention in a positive mood. The pirates were portrayed as a business enterprise, while the Americans were portrayed as understanding humanitarians. A sharp shooter and a captain with sense could have prevented the whole situation. But then we wouldn't have this overdramatized film. Fortunately for me, Best Buy had a decent price on it so I wasn't financial disappointed.

This movie had a few laughs but overall I felt something just didn't click. To me, Amy's persona gets a bit tiresome after the first 30 minutes. If you like humor whereby someone thinks raunchy jokes are still shockingly funny - then you would probably enjoy this movie.

I was pleasantly surprised how entertaining it was to watch this movie. It didn't have the same cookie cutting ending that most movies seem to have. This movie has a bit of an adult theme to it, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under 15 or so. Nor I wouldn't feel comfortable watching it on family night.

I purchased this movie - Magnificent Seven - so that I could compare it to the current remake. I was impressed with the many stars that acted in this movie. Charles Bronson, Yul Brynner, Steve McQueen, Robert Vaughn, Eli Wallach and James Coburn. It took me back to the glory days when I actually knew the actors names. This is a good movie and well acted. The scenery at times is outstanding. Has a fair amount of gun play as does the newer version. Found this version to be more realistic. However the newer version has a faster pace and is extremely more entertaining.
