Bought this as a present for my wife ,who is above average in computer literacy. After thie first lockup it took her and a very patient Geek Squad associate over 1 1/2 hours on the phone, (and a questioning visit from his supervisor), to bring the unit back to life but I think she loves that little unit more than me me. She eats, sleeps and takes thiat little devil wherever she goes.

how do I set print feature on XP420
cannot print
I had the same problem. Call Epson customer support and they will walk you through it. Works fine now. Brush up on your offshore accents as there could be a language issue.
