This hose is far too long for most installations. It should come in a variety of lengths. My installation needed no more than 3 feet; the rest is on the floor, in the way.

The installers got the washer and dryer installed quickly. They did not put effort into tidying up the connections or seeing that the space was used efficiently, so that the washer and dryer could sit back as far as possible. That's especially important when appliances are deeper than usual.

I love the top washer and have used it many times, but have found the hard way that it cannot handle more than 3 underwire bras at a time. :( Be sure your laundry room has enough room to get the washer in and use it. Unlike front-loaders that sit on platforms, this washer opens on top. It is also deeper than usual. We had to move cabinets and widen the doorwayl to make space for the washer and matching dryer.

Love the top dryer!

I love the top dryer! It's perfect for items that would be damaged by tumbling. The lint trap creates a shelf, and small items (usually permanent press, because of Murphy's Law) tend to fall onto it, where they dry in a wad. Be sure your laundry room has enough room to get the dryer in and use it. Unlike front-loaders that sit on platforms, this dryer opens on top. It is also deeper than usual.
