Great headphones

Much improved from original beats. Noise canceling is awesome! I like that you have a button on the side of the headphones that allows you to hear outside talking when you want to without removing headphones. Pink color is bright and beautiful! Battery life is also excellent, really lasts a long time!

Do I really need an Apple TV since my TV is a smart 4k HDR TV that has Netflix, Hulu etc. apps already built in it?

If your movie collection is in the Apple eco system then yes you do because they upgrade all available hd movies you have to 4K hdr for free. One of the perks for purchasing Apple TV.
