Stephen King's masterpiece brought to life

This is not a horror movie although there is a touch of the supernatural. It is a great story with a prison setting and a historical context. Very interesting with moral lessons to be learned.

Overall a good WW II film. Not on the level of SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, but worth the time to watch it.
