Don't bother with the L

I did a ton of research on this lens then figured I had to try it myself. Don't bother getting the L, this is just as sharp and as fast. I bought this lens and couldn't be happier. the macro feature is really nice however I mostly got it for portraits and it does exactly what I needed. The AF is lightning fast and super quiet. only problem is that when you've focused on something in the macro range, then immediately after that try to focus on something far away, it won't AF, you have to kinda manually spin the ring until you get close then AF will snap it in place. I believe this is pretty standard of a lens of this type. Just something to note so other future buyers don't think theirs is broken.

Nice looking and feeling but chipped already

While I absolutely love the look and feel, this product isn't quite as heavy duty as I'd like. Just from having it in my pocket with some other items there are many chips all around the edges of the cover and I've only had it for about a month now. I know it's lifetime replacement and I can just order one for the cost of shipping but I shouldn't have to replace my screen protector every month. I wouldn't recommend this until they can figure out how to prevent the edges from chipping. otherwise, usability is very nice. looks/feels like there's nothing there!

Can this clean cloth seats in a vehicle??
Can and does! That's exactly what I bought it for. worked great in my Toyota Tacoma with cloth seats. Just make sure to let everything air out properly and try not to soak the seats too much or let it sit for too long so it doesn't absorb too deeply into the seat or it'll take much longer to dry completely. if trying to get out a particular stain, use some sort of thick stain treatment that sits on the surface and won't soak deep in to the seat, then use this carpet cleaner as usual.
