This thing is great. It oscillates or not, there's a button for that. There's Hi and Lo, there's a button for that. You can set it either on Hi or to a certain temperature. Since this heater has a thermometer (and show's you the temp in the room), it know when it gets to the temp you set and turns off. The digital is easy to read. I would certainly buy another one.

Yes, I use this with a second monitor. I have the HP 23" HD monitor and it works great. I work from home so a second monitor was a must. It was easy to hook up. The only thing I needed was an HDMI cable, change the display to EXTEND and done.
