Need more

Necessary/Required for the delivery/hook-up of the washer, but they fail to advise you that if you buy the 'steam dryer' that it comes with inferior, rubber hoses. They 'up-sell' you the stainless for the washer, but forget to advise you that you have to buy the better quality stainless for the dryer. The 'installers' do not carry extra and they aren't allowed to use a stainless hose that you provide for 'liability' purposes. All you will hear during installation is 'we aren't allowed to do that, due to liability purposes…" Ask lots of questions about delivery, ASSUME NOTHING. Service is not the priority, just the sale.
