I got these headphones to replace my old Quiet Comfort 2's. I had them for about 15 years and they were excellent for their time. But these new ones are amazing! We needed a new dishwasher quick as our old Maytag bit the dust. Found this one on Best Buy's open box. Quite surprised how quiet it is compared to our old one. Not to mention how good a job it does. I'm not too crazy about the racks, but can live with it. The door has more spring tension on it than needed. But, those are the only two things that I don't like. Both small inconveniences.
