I love this its the perfect pc/ps4 headset i have it connected voice and sound on pc and the optical cord also connected via ps4 for sound so i dont have to constantly use the pc/ps4 switch. The down would be that whatever you want to use it for the base station does have to be connected directly through usb but that isnt a huge issue unless you have to keep moving the base station around constantly

What is the hz of the microphone? Like the one I currently have is 48000 hz (DVD Quality) and I am looking for a microphone that is at least 64000 hz perferably 96000 hz.
Im not really sure how many hz it has but it still is a really good usb microphone but if you are looking for the best i would suggest a blue yeti microphone but as i said this mic works really great has good noise cancellation and suppression it is sold for a good price as well you might be able to find out more information on the turtle beach web site

Yes it can be upgraded it only depends on what you buy and whether or not you have the space to install new hardware. It is a really good gaming pc but for video games I recommend adding a secondary graphics card if you want to get the best out of the game you want to play
