When the delivery guys hooked up the waterline kit, they pushed the fridge to the back wall. And here is the "duh" moment -- the water pressure was VERY low. At some point it actually completely fizzled. So I had to go investigate why don't I have water running from the fridge water filter. Turns out that the guys "forgot" to pull the jammed waterline down. Once I did that, the water pressure was great from then on.

Although I was told by Best Buy that the installers will be definitely installing the anti-tip bracket, when the delivery showed up and I mentioned the bracket to them, they were very confused. They said that they never had to install one, so my husband ended up doing it himself. As for the basic check of the range, they did check one of the burners, and pre-heated the oven to 450 degrees to make sure it all works.

This microwave definitely "got the looks"! I like how many options it gives for warming up or cooking food. The fan and the light are a wonderful bonus that we all like too. The only 2 negatives I have so far is that you have to wipe the fingerprints off of it EVERY. DAY... And also, because we got spoiled by our previous microwave that had 1250W and this new one is only 1000W, it takes a little longer for the food to be ready. Other than that, it is a great choice in over-the-range microwaves!

This is my 1st convection oven. And OMG now I see what I've been missing! The oven works and bakes great! However, you need to watch the product inside of it otherwise it will get burned (we burned our dinner rolls). The stove part is great too. All the controls are easy to use. And as a bonus, we all like the tune it plays once either the oven is done, or the time is over. Cleaning the stove is a piece of cake. BUT the glass top is so easily scratched!!!!!! We got a huge scratch after the 1st time of using a stove, and I don't remember moving the pot at all!
All in all, this is a great buy, and I definitely recommend!

Great fridge, awful tasting water!

This is my 1st fridge with built-in water filtration system. Needless to say, I was SO EXCITED to finally receive it and enjoy my new purchase! After flushing the needed amount of water (and then some!) through the water filter, my water STILL smelled and tasted like I'm drinking water from a chemistry lab. And after 2-3 minutes, my whole mouth would start burning too! Good thing I never swallowed the water, yikes! I tried a new water filter but the result was still the same. So. Because of this defect, Best Buy is replacing my fridge.
Other than the faulty water line or filter, the refrigerator is absolutely awesome! I love how spacious it is, how wonderful it still looks inside and out after 2 weeks of using it. I love that I have 2 door freezer. All the compartments are easily accessible and roomy, and the deli drawer and its' adjustable temperature is wonderful!
I am very happy with the fridge itself. The chemical lab water experience is what brought my rating down to 2. Hopefully the replacement fridge is going to be up to my expectations!

Why does the LGWM4270HWA keep dripping from the orange turbo wash area? It continues to drip for about 6 hours.
I exchanged the washer after the Geek Squad said there was a faulty valve. The second LG WM4270HWA also leaks from the orange turbo wash area for about 6 hours after the wash is finished. Are these 2 lemons or is this normal? It is impossible to keep the interior dry with this leaking.
Mine leaks from the same spot for about 12 hours LOL. An installation tech I called to get help from said that it is a common problem btw. I just learned to put a folded towel under the turbo wash piece for the duration of the leak :)
