Good as a console; great as a handheld

The Switch, power wise, is probably about in the league of the X360 or PS3. Neither of those were bad systems, and the graphics hold up quite well. As a console system, the Switch can't really compete with the current gen with respect to pure power. Where it excels, and where I think it will make its mark, is as a handheld with a great "TV out" feature. Playing Breath of the Wild as a handheld is miles above any current handheld experience. Hopefully, the third party publishers will lend their support to help keep the momentum of the launch going.

Fantastic example of the Switch's potential

This game simply doesn't play like a typical launch title. That can probably be owed to the fact that it was co-developed for the now defunct Wii U. Still, as good as this is on the Wii U, the fact that it's every bit as good, but also completely portable, makes it the version to have (if you can get a Switch, of course).
