Since my newest laptop doesn't have an internal DVD or CD drive, I had to purchase one. This one was very inexpensive and we are able to share one between my wife's laptop and mine without any trouble. Just plug it into a USB port and it is ready to go.

New way of having multiple users is not great.

Previously I have purchased Microsoft Office for multiple users and it was not difficult to download for all the computers for installation. This newest version can be a real pain. Microsoft requires you to set up an account with them and then the original account holder has to invite the remaining users to share it. Seems to be many more unnecessary steps from how it used to be done.
