returned controler twice

not a happy customer because christmas morning both my boys wanted to play their xbox together and could not because the controller would not sync to the xbox and when returned to best busy the second controller would not sync either so we had to go back to best buy again wait forever and pay more to get another controller because it would not sync....i would not recommend this controller to anyone!
What's not so great: neither controller would sync
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
