Good value when Best Buy had special for $150

I have been researching noise cancelling headphones and they are all in $300 range. My girlfriend has Boise which are much better, but when Best Buy had a sale for $150 it was too good of a deal to pass up. I have enjoyed them.
One downfall - don't work if battery is dead. They won't play without white noise.
