I have 4K tv, can Apple TV change regular tv shows like CNN... to 4Ks? Thank you
Apple TV can only stream the signal that it receives. It cannot upscale. If you get a 4K UHD stream such as some programs on Netflix and Prime then it will stream them as 4K but you of course must have a 4K UHD TV to get full advantage. An HD stream will still be HD.
