A great little case

I bought this for my Panasonic ZS100, which is a little on the large size for a compact camera. It fits nicely, so I would think that this case would fit most compact cameras. There are two pockets on the front of the case, one accessed with a flap that closes with velcro. It's a nice size for a spare battery or two. The other has a zipper and would be good for spare memory cards. There is a belt loop on the back that is fixed. You must thread the belt through it. It won't fit over your belt after you have it buckled. That makes it very secure. There's no way it could come off your belt. There is also an included slim neck strap that can be removed. I prefer to have the case on my belt, so I have not used that. All in all, I am very pleased with this little bag.

I was able to put two of the slim Seagate USB drives in this with their USB cables. It's pretty roomy in there. I would think it would handle most any 2.5" USB drive.

Good backup drives

These drives work very well and are a handy size. I was even able to power one from a Raspberry Pi. It wouldn't power two of them at the same time, but that's the fault of the Raspberry Pi. I was able to use a USB Y-cable to power them and access both of them with the Pi, though. I could power two of them from my PC with no problem.

Many people who bought the great Nikon D300 or D300s camera years ago have been waiting for its successor. It's here. The D500 has so many great features, I'll only have space enough for a few. First of all, it has most of the features of the D5, Nikon's flagship professional camera that costs $6,500. Here's some of the features: Low noise high ISO pictures up to ISO 51,200, and extended ISO up to 1,640,000. Ten frames per second up to 200 before it slows down. 153 focus points that cover practically the entire screen, and a new focus engine that works better than anything Nikon has done before. Built in WiFi and bluetooth, Touch screen that is hinged. Automatic timelapse movies. 4K video. Illuminated buttons. I'm sure I've forgotten something. It's a great camera. I love it.
