Eh, this is one of Canon's "not so great" products. We bought this to replace our standard old printer and it worked for a whole 2 days before we had to bring it back because the "spools" needed cleaning... Not sure if it had just been a product that store had for a long time or not, but we weren't happy and upgraded to a better one!

Very good product for the price! This is the third keyboard and mouse combo I've bought like this (gradually upgrading all computers in my household) and they work wonderfully! Especially if you have 5 pcs to upgrade and dont want to blow $100+ for other combos. The only negative thing I have to say is that the mouse feels a bit "cheap"
