Best Buy has the BEST Installers

This is my second appliance installation from Best Buy. The first one was for a dryer and this one was for a washer. In both cases, the deliveries were on time and the personnel were very pleasant to deal with. They did a great job installing the appliance quickly and professionally. I wish I remembered their names so that I could give them the credit that they deserve.

These stainless-steel washing machine fill hoses are ideal for connecting most washing machines to hot and cold water.

I was glad to see that this is a heavy duty hose. A burst or leaky hose would flood my main level utility room. If installing your own machine, ALWAYS install it with a new hose.

Nice washer with 1 exception

The washer works great and does a nice job cleaning the clothes. I like the fact that it does not have an agitator because some clothing items got caught on it with my previous machine. The only downside is not having a separate spin feature. Occasionally sheets do not spin enough water out but I cannot just do an additional spin. The machine only allows me to do a rinse and spin. This typically works but it seems counterintuitive to do another rinse when all I need is an additional spin to extract the extra water from the load.
