I really liked the colors as they help sort the CDs that I have made and make it easier to find the one I am looking for. I feel my CDs are better protected then they were in the old paper sleeves. Having another color assortment would also be fun.

I can't tell from the picture, and the description does not say---do these sleeves have a fold-over flap? This is important, because I don't want them to fall out in storage. Thanx
No fold over flap but the fit is fairly snug and there is a pocket across the top that helps id the top quickly and you could slide a label into it if you always want to use the same sleeve for the same CDs. Each sleeve will hold a CD on either side.

Are these CD sleeves protecting discs from enviromental harm and deteriation or just scratches/smudges?
What would you suggest for MRI CD for protective storage but not expensive?

Just for your info. CDs will lose data overtime so it is a good practice to copy them to fresh cds every 5 to 10 years. I have many storage solutions and don't notice that one is better than another. Keep them flat or on edge and out of sun or intense heat and you should be fine.
