fancy calculator required for math SATs

Are students using the calculator to do math, or is the calculator teaching them? Just playing around with the buttons brings up all kinds of interesting questions (what's a polynomial?). Of course, they all learn how to make the graphing feature make "pictures". Don't get an upgrade to color and games, stick with this "basic" model.
