Originally a Lenovo fan. Swithced because of ratings and reviewes. Disappointed with a few features, or lack there of ie: no ethernet port, too few usb ports. But overall, love the weight, size and speed and touch screen.

Overall, I got what I paid for

I recently went from a Lenovo product to the HP Envy 2 in 1. The reason I did this was because of the reviews, and the availablility of the product. I have to say, there are some things I like and some I do not...Not sure I will purchase another HP product.
I purchased 2 computers, one for my son in college and one for me, as both of our computers were older and crashed with the Win 10 Anniversary update. My son is thrilled, but sadly, AFTER the purchase we realized there is NO ethernet port on this computer, and no option to connect to a wired service, so when the dorm WiFi is down, he is left without access. (BAD CALL), Myself I have a smartphone and can use a hotspot. College kids...not so much.
I also am not happy with the mouse pad....too wide, and the right and left click buttons are difficult to push (I believe this will just be a matter of adapting to a different format-the lenovo had the key at the top of the mouse pad).
Otherwise, speed and ease of use, not too bad. Still not convinced Win10 is all it's cracked up to be....but I'll move ahead with the times.
