Daniel Hillard is an eccentric actor who specializes in dubbing voices for cartoon characters. Daniel is a kind man and a loving father to his three kids Lydia, Chris, and Natalie, but Daniel's wife Miranda sees him as a poor disciplinarian, and a bad role model. After Daniel throws an elaborate and disastrous birthday party for Chris, Miranda reaches the end of her limited patience, and files for a divorce. Daniel is heartbroken when Miranda is given custody of the kids and he's only allowed to visit them once a week. Determined to stay in contact with his kids, Daniel discovers that Miranda is looking for a housekeeper, and with help from his brother Frank, a makeup artist, Daniel gets the job, disguised as Mrs. Iphegenia Doubtfire, a Scottish nanny. Daniel pulls off the ruse so well that neither Miranda nor his children recognize him, and in the process, he learns some parenting tips. Daniel also has to deal with Miranda's new boyfriend, a jerk named Stu Dunmeyer.

Mrs. Doubtfire is actually Robin Williams who is going through a divorce. He dresses as a woman so he can see his kids more frequently. He has some really funny lines but given the fact that this movie is about divorce there are also many sad moments.
Heather Donahue, Michael Williams, Joshua Leonard. A spooky documentary leads to unimaginable terror for three film students lost in the Maryland woods. This innovative and highly acclaimed horror film set a new standard for cinematic chills! 1999/color-b&w/87 min/R/fullscreen.

The Blair Witch Project is "found" footage from three student filmmakers who disappeared. A lot of the dialog was improvised which makes the film seem that much more realistic and frightening.
One of the funniest films of all time, Blazing Saddles, is awarded an excellent 30th anniversary DVD release by Warner Bros., a company that has often shown great care to the important titles in its vault. The film itself is presented in a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio. The English soundtrack has been remastered in Dolby Digital 5.1, which makes it seem like one is hearing the infamous farting scene for the very first time. There is a healthy amount of quality extra materials, including a commentary by director Mel Brooks. Although it seems as if he was simply recorded while talking about the film (he never once refers to what is happening onscreen, and the commentary ends only an hour into the film), he recollections are amusing and enlightening. He discusses in detail how the various behind-the-scenes people as well as the cast came together. The other five-star nugget included on this disc is the pilot for the television spin-off Black Bart. Starring Louis Gossett Jr., the show is as amazingly unfunny as the movie is uproarious, but one may be struck by the crudity of the comedy that would have been telecast in the mid-'70s. A making-of documentary and a section from a special on the late great Madeline Kahn help make this DVD a must-own for comedy enthusiasts.

Blazing Saddles is Mel Brook's first big budget Hollywood film. The frequent profanity earned it an "R" rating when it came out but today one wonders if it would even get a "PG-13" rating.

The best parts of View to a Kill are the opening snowboard sequence and seeing San Francisco as the backdrop near the end of the movie. The story is weak and the action sequence in the mine does not make a lot of sense.
