I'm sure most of these are the same but this did fall off the exhaust port in my wall and trying to get it back on was near impossible. It started tearing and I had to cut some of it to make it a straight end again. There are probably better options out there. I think Best Buy required me to purchase this so that they would install the dryer.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

After reading several reviews and already owning a similar model in another home I decided on this one. We have been happy with how well it dries the clothes and how quiet it is. I was a little worried about going electric over gas since my other one was gas and we really liked it, but overall I don't think there is much of a difference. It actually saved me from a potentially bad situation by notifying me the dryer vent was 80% clogged and it wasn't getting good exhaust flow. It turns out the vent in our new house was screwed up and I'm in the process of running a new dryer vent outside. Overall I recommend this unit. I have only had it a short time but I will update my rating if something changes.
