Very easy for everyday user

This is my second HUB, the first one was an older model that burned after about 18 months of use.
Decided to give it a second chance as I already have multiple Insteon devices at home. This HUB is a much better device and thanks to the improvements Insteon has been giving to the App, the overall experience has become a much easy and pleasant one.
As a System Analyst and computer tech, I like to play around with systems like this one to create complicated scenes, originally using the Computer Software, but now just using the App on both Android and iOS devices.
I could say this system is easy enough for most users that have at least basic knowledge on computers and electronics.
For those who like to install systems like this, I recommend it as it is not only easy but also "pocket friendly" as well as prices are very good.
For those who like to do home automation but have no knowledge on computers, you can give t a try if you are not afraid, or have a technician do the install for you as long you are ok with paying extra money.
