Nothing like the professional touch

After a few DIY projects, I'm really glad I got Best Buy to install the washer. I don't mind messing up and taking a few tries, but I was worried if I didn't do the cords right I would get a swimming pool on the floor. It was stressful thinking about how heavy it was and the cords and doing that all by myself. I was quite grateful Best Buy was fast and had the tools to get the job done. It was great too-- unlike Lowe's where you could not schedule a date and time online yet they want your money. Lowe's live chat was useless when I tried to ask them the response was "Call the store" Gee Lowes' why even bother with a website? Sure it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Best buy I could pick the time( in a four hour window) and the exact date I wanted. While it cost more to get my washer and dryer installed this was a key factor in my decision to go to Best Buy. How nice to sked when I'm off from work and convenient for me without being on the phone all day long. I love the internet!!

Sure I probably could have struggled and figured it out, but it was so much easier and smoother to have Best Buy install it. The dryer is stable which I like and I appreciated not having to take the elevator up to the 5th floor and wheel it by myself into the apartment. It's heavy!!! Thanks Best buy!

Does not quite have the smooth seamless fit I would like but it could be because of the awkward angle it had to be installed at to fit the room the dryer goes in . It is quick and easy to install, but not a lot of wiggle room since we live in an apartment.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Terrible washer! Do not buy

Does not fill with enough water even doing the "deep water wash" I don't mind that it goes off balance at times. That's expected given there's not the swirly stick in the middle or whatever you want to call it but the water level is terrible. Maybe it's good for the environment, but I actually want clean clothes. It takes hours since I have to wash it twice. What a terrible washer. I also don't appreciate the "lock feature" I wanted to throw in a sock I forgot to add and the door was "locked" and would not open!!! I wish I never got it. Never is full of water. Maybe somewhat full if you are trying to wash a comforter or something and it does fit a lot of clothes but I would still say do not buy. Awful washer that is not worth the price.
