I purchased this $50 Playstion Card online along with 2 $25 iTunes cards. None of the cards worked. They all said not activated/not activated correctly. Apple told me to go back to the store of purchase. On my 2nd trip to the store someone was able to resolve the iTunes cards and told me if the PlayStation card didn’t work to come back and they would do the same thing to help. The card was a Christmas gift for my son and didn’t work. I returned to the store for the 3rd time, explained the situation and received no help. The customer service manager told me he didn’t have any of the $50 cards to give me and that was it he couldn’t help me. So $100 purchase, 3 cards that didn’t work and 3 trips to the store’s customer service desk and the PlayStation one still doesn’t work. I still don’t have what I paid for or at least a credit for the $50 and zero help from customer service manager. Never again.
