Confused why I had to order it
on August 17, 2015

When I purchased my Samsung washer/dryer they said they would not sell the item to me without purchasing this hose since the rubber hose that comes with the washer is not good. However, the installer (which was sent up by Best Buy) specifically did not install that hose and said he always saw problems with it but that the rubber hose was much more reliable/had less problems and I should just return this product.
