Is it possible to mount a 32" tv on this mount since the tv is only 13 lbs.?
No, because this wall mount is a 100mm VESA pattern. A 32" monitor has a different VESA pattern. Look in the manual for the model of 32" TV you have. It will definitely tell you what VESA pattern you need.
