We originally ordered the bigger version but it didn't fit down the stairs. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to be able to have big loads. This one with 2.2 Cu is not that small. For people that use it almost every day because of a baby our loads are perfect size. Big blankets or comforters will be challenging though.
It's very efficient and I use max of 2 spoons of detergent. Otherwise does drain well and I have to extra rinse and drain
