This is an awesome subwoofer. I installed it in my 2016 Honda Civic Sedan as I wanted more bass out of my factory stereo. This gives me just the right amount of bass without rattling the trunk. It is perfect if you just want some extra bass out of your factory stereo without having to upgrade the entire sound system. If you prefer a much louder system than this may not be for you. This is great for small vehicles, I doubt it will sound good in a big vehicle as its just an 8" subwoofer.

I have an f150 crew cab Under my back seat is a sub with built in amp... Will this fit and be a good replacement?
Well remember, this hideaway is an 8" sub. So if the current sub in your car is, lets say a 10", than the bass will be much less. I have a 2016 honda civic sedan and this hideaway is perfect for it because it is a small car. A 10" sub in my car will be too much bass for my taste. If you prefer louder/deeper bass than this may not be for you.
