Had potential to be a wonderful wireless headset at a reasonable price but lost its curb appeal when there was a huge lack of volume control. The ability to cycle through game/party chat simultaneously doesn't exist with this headset. You choose to hear both chat and game audio or just one of the two. The problem comes into play when you try and lower the game volume to hear the party chat. Sadly the volume button affects both. You can use the Chat/Sound button but in the end it's near impossible to hear both at a reasonable level. One is always way louder than the other and it just kills the experience.
