We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

They brought it in, set it up, and ran a test wash. No complains here. My dryer was another story. I also find it ridiculous that they had to park on a State Hwy, instead of pulling into my drive way. I gave them permison and they still couldn't because of policy. This is unsafe and needs to be addressed.

Best Buy will not install if it goes into the floo

My vent is not on an outside wall so they would not install it. My vent is up to code but goes under the floor in the laundry room, through the basement and to the closest outside wall. They would not touch this as they said they were not allowed to.
