No The Close Shave You Want

The design is a definite upgrade from last year's model. I like how they decided to place the trimmer(that works rather well) on the body of the shaver instead of having it as an attachment like the previous iteration. The heads do slide over the face with relative ease and the battery life is great. It is self cleaning, for the most part. And does so relatively quickly. And the hard carrying case is cool. It comes with a starter cleaning pod and cleaning dock. They even went so far as to give you an app to help monitor your shaving habits for a more satisfying experience. But that's about all the good you're going to get out of this thing.
As for the shave itself. It honestly doesn't get close enough to warrant the price tag. You can use wet or dry, but if you want the best results, you'll want to opt for a wet shave with gel. The dry shave leaves you needing for. A face full of stubble, to be more accurate. Like I said, the trimmer works well, but you're not going to shave your whole face with it. The cleaning pod solution will last you anywhere from 1 to 3 months, depending on your shave frequency. 1 month being that you shave every day, because it's recommended that you clean it after every use. Keeping with the cleaner. The shaver will go into self clean mode when placed into the cleaning pod and pressing the start button. That takes about a minute, if you've opted for the dry shave. If you use gel, you're going to want to thoroughly clean out as much gunk as possible before placing it in the pod. That can be a pain. Simply put, it just feels like more work than convenience(Not everything needs an app) . I'd say pass on this one, unless you're a fan of the stubble. Nice design and they cut it close, but just not quite close enough.

This Packs A Party... But Bring Your Own Charger

I really like this speaker! I can't even start this any other way. The Rave Neo is a little juggernaut. Small, yet powerful and it's not shy about being the life of the kickback. The neighbors are going to stop and look for the noise generator and then they'll comment on the neon lights and ask where you got it. It's a beast. I'm telling you. It can charge your phone with it's USB ports and there's a 3.5mm aux jack for folks that don't want to link up via Bluetooth. It says up to 18 hours of battery life, but if you're going to be bumping the tones on high, with the bass boost pumping, it's time you start being more realistic and start thinking around 8 to 9 hours. But hey, that's what that itty-bitty charging cord is for. I highly recommend bringing along a USB type C cord from your phone or something, because that little cord that comes in the box will be lost or destroyed quickly. Back to more good news. It's IP X7 rated, meaning it's fully water proof( as long as your ports are sealed.) Now here's the crazy part. I don't know if you'll ever find this many people in one area that owns one of these, but if you do, You can link up over 100 of these units together to create a massive sound. Y'all let me know if this ever happens. that would be amazing to see. The 50 watts are truly on display with this speaker and I couldn't be happier. Plus it comes equipped with it's own little carrying handle. This thing is cool. I have the Soundcore app and I recommend you download it for the EQ options. It's only $99. USD and I can't complain about that. The only problem I do have is the tiny charging cord and lack of a charging brick. This would be a great gift as it is almost fully charged right out of the box, so the party can start when the bass starts thumping and the neon lights begin to dance to the beat.

Where Are My Attachments

I will explain in a sec. First I want to say that this Vacuum is really cool looking and has some neat features. Like how the Bristles are replaced by a brush and blades. This allows the vacuum to glide across the carpet, tile and hardwood floors to pick up dust, grime a hair( Pet, human or extensions.) alike. I has a removable battery that can be replaced, if the need ever arises. But you don't need to detach it from the vacuum to charge it, as The port is always accessible.
This vacuum does have two standard settings that are chosen from the top of the main unit( which actually looks like a Cosplayer's dream gun, when not attached to any of the ..well.. attachments.
There's also a trigger on the main unit that allows you to add some extra power to your suction. But speaking of those attachments.
It comes 5 attachments 1) Multi-flex under-appliance wand 1) Duo-Clean Power-fins Vacuum 1) Multi-angle Dusting brush 1)Standard Dusting brush w/ detachable scrub brush & 1) Crevice tool. Not to mention, the battery charging brick for that removable battery. So that makes 6 attachments, doesn't it? Well, with that being said, here's my big issue. Most vacuums I've ever used, have a slot or connector so you can store most if not all of your accessories, but not here. You're going to need a special box, with the words Shark Vacuum Attachments written in big letters, so you can keep track of all of your parts. Seriously, there's nowhere to put your tools on this would be, amazing piece of tech. That's a huge flaw when your unit costs $350. USD. What where those guys thinking over at Shark? That's just too much for lost potentially lost parts. Sorry. I can't recommend this vacuum to you. Even though that Multi Flex wand sounds neat, it won't be used enough to matter. And the "Mult" only really means one angle flex. It's only really good for balancing the vac and easy transportability. Bottom line. I'm not impressed.

Grilling Made Too Easy

Young people today are spoiled. This grill is pretty great. You can use it anywhere that has real socket. You could make burgers while taking a shower (in the same room). The smokeless grill works throw simple water to fan technology. Putting about 2 cups of water in the tray below and letting the onboard fan catch and destroy anything resembling vapor and pushed it into the pond. All while evenly cooking your meal. Yes. Meal. You can do more than grill meats. There's a really handy cookbook in the box that will give you great meal ideas and basically walk you through the whole cooking process. It's great for apartments and dorm rooms or just plain out wherever you want to use it. The clean up is almost effortless. Depending on what you have in your kitchen, this may get in the way. But as I said in the beginning. Cooking has gotten too easy. There's no excuse to not have a great meal with kitchen tech like this so readily available. It's really great to have, but the price may take it out range(see what I did there?) Bottom line. It's the holidays at the time of me writing this. It would be a sweet gift for a loved one. If you've got $120 laying around, there's not much of a reason to not get one.

As Simple As An App

This one is simple. Take it out of the box, Download the app and setup and go. If you are in need of a cool way to get your Christmas lights going when you're on the go or just wanna show off your lights when the neighbor switches their power on. ( It can be activated by your voice.) If that ain't cool, I don't know what is. Apple, Android and even Alexa can get in on this one, so there's no excuse to not have control. Oh wait, there's one.; WIFI signal must be on point. So make sure you've some great WIFI or this could quickly get embarrassing. Thankfully, there's a lighting system that will help you to know if you have a strong connection. Once that's all set, let her rip and have a happy holiday season. Oh yeah. One more thing. Yes It's weather proof. I think is a buy.

Performance Needs Work

Obviously the idea of a modular game pad screams out to any serious gamer and there are a couple out there that give you many good reasons to be excited. However, the Eswap X Pro controller doesn't really give me that joy of a couple unnamed controllers out there, that are designed with the Xbox Series X and Xbox One X in mind, It's a solid controller with a few different ways to swap, design and map out your gaming experience. Out the box, you'll get the controller, extra thumb sticks, a very nice and long braided cable ( albeit a micro USB connection), a modular removal tool and a bag to carry your $150 controller in. The idea of mapping my controller isn't a new concept , by any stretch. And I love the freedom to mod out my gear and make it my own, but at the moment, I'm just not moved to switch up from my standard or even other Pro type controller even though There are buttons for volume and mapping, along with a couple other profile buttons. The software is still a bit janky, as you do have to download this firmware and it still hasn't done much for me. The latency seems off. I really hate to rag on what could possibly become something great after an update or two, but for right now, I can't recommend this. This should be better. And honestly, for and extra $30, you could get a much better controller. Again, this should be better.

It's More About Health Than Fitness

This a one lovely piece of tech. The Scanwatch is looks great with it's elegant styling. It's a watch first and smart enough second. This isn't your everyday fitness tracker. This watch cares about your health. Your breathing, sleeping, heart-rate, oxygen levels. Your life. I use smartwatches for the step counter first and the fitness tracking after. The Scanwacth starts off thinking of how you are feeling. It wants to make sure you're healthy enough to do the things you love to do. The app rewards you with badges and neat little fun facts about your distance compared to miles and tower height. It's really cool. The screen is just the right size for my wrist and the hands do the standard glow in the dark thing( I really like that.) There's a wake up feature, standard in most modern smartwatches, that allow the screen to turn on by lifting you arm up. The watch constantly checks your breathing pattern to determine whether or not you are having heart problems, such as heart failure or if your having trouble sleeping. I'm very impressed with this. Like I said earlier, it tracks your sleep pattern. This is really awesome because of the battery power behind it. This is the only real issue I have with this watch. It touts a 30 day battery life. I have yet to own it for 30 days and I've had to charge it at least twice( most 4 times) I say that because I'm active. I don't think this watch battery had active people in mind when it said 30 days. I would assume that if it where set to only basic watch functions and was set on a table for a month, it might make it 30 days, but for a person, such as myself, that gets out and jogs 4 to 6 miles daily and works out 4 to 5 days a week, this beautiful little gem will give you 5 to 6 days of life. And according to my math, that's not even a week. However, that's still 5 days for watch to do all of the things this one does. So don't sleep on that aspect. The other problem I have is the way you have to go about scrolling to find your workouts( I said I use my watches for fitness, so this can get a little tedious when I'm trying to get started in the gym or on the trail.), but it is something that you can get use to over time.
All in all, for the past couple weeks, I've been fighting with myself over whether or not I should shelve the brand new $450 smartwatch I currently use or do I put the $300 piece of elegance back in its nice little cloth case only to be taken out on special occasions. But at the same time, missing out on all the benefits that comes with wearing it. honestly, that's a hard decision to make. If we just set aside the stated battery life and accept that 5 days of life is more than adequate, I think you'll find that this watch is more than just good enough. I love the look , the feel and the ability to be an eye catcher/ conversation starter along with a very good battery life. All with functions that could very well save a life. This is a very good and dare I say great smartwatch to own. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Good job Withings.

Didn't Crush My Hopes

Yes!!! This is just what the doctor ordered. The holidays are about to be in full swing and the gathering of.. Oh, wait. That's right. We're doing social distancing. Well, in any case. I'm going to be enjoying amazingly smooth smoothies and possibly the best margaritas, this side whatever watering hole you use to frequent. This blender is starting to make my house look like a coffee house and pub at the same time. ( I've got no complaints there.) It's compact enough to place in a small area like a dorm or small apartment and mobile enough to take to a friend's place.* The ice crusher isn't kidding around( Instant snow people) That's perfect for making daiquiris or just having shaved ice in your beverage. The 2 blending cups are awesome for making individual concoctions, but you still need to clean the blades between uses. Which shouldn't be an issue since they sprung for two cups. C'mon man! Simple, yet powerful, with its generator looking base. I swear that thing could jump start a Volvo, if needed. Power is good. The only problem I have with it, is the price. That's a lot of scratch for this thing. Yes. It's a great blender and it comes with 2 extra jars, but woo! KitchenAid really believes in their products. So with that in mind, I've gotta give them kudos. I still can recommend this to the friend that can afford it.

These Are Hard To Complain About

If you know anything about ROCCAT, this isn't going to surprise you after reading this. If you know anything about Turtle Beach, this is going to be pleasing to the eyes to read this. Basically, Turtle Beach hooked up with ROCCAT and brought out a pair of the best wired gaming headsets I have ever had the privilege of owning at this price range(That's saying a lot). I've had my share headsets over the past couple years and I can honestly say, They keep getting better. These can be used for PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One X and even Nintendo Switch. Heck! If you're still fortunate enough to still own a phone with a 3.5 mm jack, you may just be looking at your next pair music bumping headphones. The design is simple at best, but it works because it's going for functional over fashion. I personally love the way they look, but opinions vary. The cord is long enough for your to comfortably use your Xbox One X controller or your Nintendo Switch . and if you are playing on a PC RIG the requires that dual connection for sound and mic, they've got you covered with a 4 ft splitter cable. The memory foam style leatherette cups are really comfy even if you wear glasses, like I do. I feel like I could wear these for days without discomfort. This mic sounds great and the volume and mute control are simple to operate from the left ear. No unnecessary bells and/or whistles here. You don't need any. In my opinion. These are the wired headphones that need to be under the Christmas tree for that special gamer in your life. At the very least, if you've got a serious gamer that need the best Hi-end head gear, these would do as awesome backups. Yup! I'm definitely recommending these to everyone.

Great Gutz No Body

These are good headphones. There's no arguing that fact. These are my first pair of wireless headphones for my Xbox One X and they definitely do the trick. Latency is at a minimum and the sound is top notch, The mic allows for clear and uninhibited chat. the directional surround sound is creepy good. The bluetooth connectivity is fabulous. I mean, dang! This is what you want in a great pair of headphones, much less, a pair of wireless headphones. The dongle transitions easily between the Xbox One X and my PC like a champ. From the way I'm gushing over these things and by the score I gave it, you're probably awaiting a big ol' BUT.
Well, I'm not one to disappoint. Guys and girls. parents and guardians, hear me now. These headphones are for adults that appreciate the value of a dollar. What I mean by that, is simply this. The build quality of these headphone are a step below Fisher Price. These things are just one rage quit away from the trash or a bunch of masking tape. They're poorly built. Simple as that. These are are great sounding a performing headphones, but $119.99 is too much. I recommend these only to grown folk.

Is the coffee really hot when it comes out?
Yes. However, the hot plate beneath the carafe keeps the coffee hot. With that being said, it does get hot. But it dies take a while to brew a full pot of coffee. Unfortunately as with mostly all glass carafes, this pot only keeps the coffee hot for a couple hours as to not burn the carafe.

Which one to choose and WHY: this model (AWX17R1-7463WHT-PUS/7996WHT-PU) or MSI - GS76 17.3" FHD 360hz Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i9 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 1TB SSD - 32GB Memory (Model:GS7611257)???
That's going to have be on preference. You may find that i9 may be too much or just to your liking. If it's matter of finances, I would do more research. Catch a few videos online. But mostly, it's going to have to be what makes you happiest in the end.

How do I know when the camera is charging? I tried to plug it in continuously (with the provided plug) - but I keep on seeing the battery going down. When I took it out of the mount and plugged it in, there is no light.
You should see the flashing white light and make sure that the plug is connected properly.

I already have a Nest aware subscription. Will these cameras be able to be added to my account?
