The Ultimate Ears MEGABLAST Portable Wi-Fi/Blutehooth Speaker is possibly all you need for a night at the pool, a session in the personal gym (That would be me.) even a Barbecue in the back yard or the patio. It has everything you need to carry your personal soundtrack any and everywhere (allowed). It's got a nice premium feel to it. it's wireless and water resistant. Plus, for the smart home savvy, there's Amazon Alexa integrated into the speaker. Okay, you've gotta admit, that's cool , right? The sound is crisp and clear, even at high volumes. It sounds really nice. Really nice. I guess the only thing I can say I wish this thing had, would be support for other streaming services. I use a different service other than Amazon music Unlimited usually. Then there's the whole pause when the phone rings. ( I'll live with that, since I'd normally have to scramble to find a remote on other occasions.) There are few options to stream, but I would just like more ( obviously. wouldn't we all? ) There are still a few things I have yet to learn, but it is definitely getting the job done. You should get one or two. Really.

I have already recommended this speaker to a couple friends ( I don't waste time when I like stuff.) They come in few different colors. I got the black. It goes with everything. The price is really great for such a sweet piece of tech. Christmas is coming and I don't see why this wouldn't make it's way under a few trees. If not, just get one to blast that holiday spirit throughout the house. Basically, this would be a great addition to a smart home enthusiast or someone starting up their smart catalog. Even just for that person that likes cool gadgets.

Great Starter Kit

The Arlo Pro 2 by NetGear: ( with 2 Wire-Free HD Security Cameras ) is a cool and simple security camera setup that you can be monitored via your mobile device. It works on IOS and Android as of this review.
The specs read out like : 1080p HD , the cameras can be wireless or plugged in. They can be used outside or inside your home or office building. There are rechargeable batteries in the cameras, but only for inside use. Plug them into an outlet if you want to use them outside. The cameras are motion sensitive and there is also 2-way audio to talk to your subject on the other end of the view finder. There's a neat little alarm dubbed Smart Siren, that will scream at a 100+ decibels ( It's loud. Believe me. And quite annoying. Exactly what you want.) There's night vision and it's weather resistant. Optional 24 hr 7 day CVR {requires a payment plan} and it's all cloud based storage. It also can be integrated into Amazon Alexa allowing you to view your footage on Amazon Fire TV or Echo TV. Alright, now that's said, we can get to what I think. The Arlo 2 is the perfect starter kit to get your video surveillance up and running to feel and to be overall safer in your space. I like that it's simple to hook up and get going. It took me all of 20 minutes to set mine, mainly because i kept moving the cameras around. ( It's so easy.) The motion sensitive cameras pick up on just about anything that moves. This can be a little annoying as the notifications just keep coming. I recommend setting a schedule for when you are away. If there is movement, you'll want to know then, right?
The batteries come charged, so I just got started immediately. I love it, to be honest. I can even add many more camera to the system in the future when I'm ready.
The only problem I have with it is that the outside cameras need a longer cord if you want to hang the camera high. I want it high to capture as much as possible, but that's just me. If you're gonna use it outside, it's preferred that you take out the battery, I'm gonna assume that's because the battery won't do well in the outside climate and will need charging at some point. Again, the notifications got to me the 1st night, as I didn't have the motion sensor turned off while I was home. I fixed that and we're good now. I really can't see any reason to not recommend this setup to anyone. I would've given it a 5 star rating had it come with a longer set of cords for outside use. But all in all, this camera is great for offices and any indoor surveillance purposes.
Do I recommend this, if you've been counting the bullet points , you already know the answer. Yes. Go get one. Get a couple , if the need is warranted.

The Simplisafe Defend Home Security System is an easy to install upstart system that I basically put together while being sick. So it's Safe to say that it's pretty Simple to set up. I just took it out of the box and just chose my locations to protect and then went to the website and BOOM!
That Simpl......er, almost. Actually , it was pretty easy to start up. Then there was the whole calling my local fire department or city ordinance to find out whether or not I needed an alarm permit. I did. It's not that bad really. You pay a yearly fee ( $40- $50) + either the Simple $14.99 basic package or the one I chose, the $24.99 package [Get that one.] for monitoring 24-7. I had to call to do a test signal check and they were , for the most part, really helpful. They had to set up and activate a Sim-card for the proper network Usually T-mobile or Verizon. After the setup process I got a 72 hour test mode and after that? FORT KNOX!! Lol. For something so Simple, I was hoping for no-brainer style, but it was a good experience in the end. I give it a 4 out of 5 basically because even though the installation was simple , the instructions are pretty limited and it doesn't tell you that you will have contact SimpliSafe for the final activation process. I'm sure that is a given , but if you're gonna hold my hand when we cross the highway, don't let go until we're on the other side.There's an app that basically connects you the whole system on the $24.99 plan. It will allow you to control all your stuff on the go, whereas the $14.99 option gives you a cool key chain remote
(in the box). The sensors are light weight and easy to adhere to your door and frames, using adhesive and magnets, simple and the key pad is easy to navigate. These are some really nice looking and feeling ear bubs. The sound quality is nice and once you've downloaded the Sony I Headphones Connect App the doors are open to many different possibilities. Depending on where you are, you can adjust the sound and cancel out many of the background noises, I don't recommend this if you are driving. ( Unless you are using them for phone calls, then you're only using the one left ear bud.) Which brings me to the main ear bud being the left one. I'm so used to the right side being the primary function ear piece. I'll live. Then we get into the connection. It's a total pain getting started The NFC only works on certain devices ( Apple products mostly) so if you're using an Android device, you will have to pair with the Bluetooth style of pairing. I had a time connecting these, mainly because of the button placement. The charging is hit or miss due the way the cradle is set up. You have to snap the ear buds in place. On other ear buds I've used, they generally just sit in the cradle and start charging. So I charged them to what I thought was full, but it turns out they weren't connected to the cradle properly so they never actually charged. This left me without Bluetooth use. The next issue I have is that I work out and I rely on my Bluetooth to give me that soundtrack to get my grind in. These ear buds are not for gym rats as they can't get very damp. So sweat is not an option. Coffee houses and events where you are a spectator is predominately what these are used for. I can't recommend these to anyone who are active, which is basically what Bluetooth ear buds are good for. And at the price range, I can't justify the purchase. If you have the money and want a pair nice( comfortable ) casual Bluetooth ear buds, that look and feel really nice. And you already have a pair of dedicated ear buds for when you're active, By all means, grab you up a set. Other than that, steer clear of these. Better luck next time.

The Acer Chromebook 15 is a beautiful machine. Out of the box, you instantly notice the care put into making this device.It's elegant and lightweight. And that's just taking it out of the box. Start up is smooth and the setup time was swift. I logged into my Google account and was on my way. All of the general apps I deal with on my phone, were pretty much ready to go. Then I tried the speakers and it was love. the sound quality was crisp and pleasing. Then I connected my bluetooth ear phones and I fell in love again. The ease of the controls are what you;\'d expect. Standard qwerty layout with back lit keys.The screen has a 1920 x 1080 full HD IPS display and it's as pleasing to look at as it is to write about. It's got a nice long battery life( up to 12 hrs) and seems to handle everything I've thrown at it so far( figuratively speaking of course.) I can take this thing anywhere. It's got 2 USB ports ( 1 on each side.) as well as 2 USB type C slots ( also on either side) for charging from either side. A micro SD card slot ( love that.) and a standard headphone jack, in case you don't have that bluetooth handy. There's an embedded camera as to be expected. And Google assistant waiting around in there to give you further ..um...assistance. I could go on and on about what a joy this thing is, but I think you should go pick one up for yourself. As it is a Chromebook, it won't break the bank, but it will look and feel like it did. I highly recommend this to anyone looking at this review. Stop reading and go get one.

The Acer S271HL Gbidx 27" Monitor is all that for me. This monitor is beautiful. The colors and blacks look so good and crisp on screen. It doesn't cost much and it fits just about anywhere. I've used mine for gaming and reviews( This review, actually. Among others. Go check em' out). I just added an aux speaker and I'm on my way.
I mainly use my Dex station & my Note 8 as my main cpu on it, but I've connected my modem and Switch to it and it runs them without a sweat. The HD quality is lovely. I guess the only problem I have with it is that it doesn't have speakers, but for the price, I'm more than pleased and can afford to go buy speakers. I recommend this to gamers ( casual and hardcore) and anyone looking to pick up a new screen to replace their older monitor. 27 inches is a really nice size. Acer has done a great job with this little guy. I see myself using this for good long time.

If you've never used an Incipio case, let me be the 1st to tell you that you will get a quality case at a nice price.This isn't an expensive phone, but it is an investment that deserves protecting. So with that, the case I got for my daughter's device works great. I bought this phone for my daughter. And she seems pretty happy with it, for the most part. It's a welcomed upgrade from her older phone. It runs Andriod 7.0 out of the box, so it doesn't skimp on performance, per se. It comes off as a budget option for that other $1,000 phablet. There are some nice bells and whistles, such as screen writing and the obvious stylus tucked away, in the top of the phone. I think it is a good option for the note taker.( student) that needs a quick pad to jot down references. unfortunately, the fact that you have to download and app tray is kind of a bummer, but fixable( with a download). The camera is possibly the worst feature on the phone. That could be a deal breaker for many. The low light shots are basic at best. the flash does very little to remedy this as well. Call quality is pretty good, for Virgin mobile.
All in all, I recommend this to the budget contious person that wants to expirience a phablet for the 1st time.

Won't stick with you

I opened this up and jumped into it blindly. After some updates (Takes a while) This is a cool little toy for a 10+ yr old. I played around with it myself (I'm older than 10....a little) The system does have a few bugs that need fixing. It has syncing issues. You also need to download and app on your android or IOS devise. And the interaction aspect [ voice controls] are hit and miss. Some of the adventures require picking up Spidey and physically playing with him. I have to say, this costs way to much to risk the damage incurred by dropping or rough housing. It is a cool companion when it does work. My favorite feature is the alarm. Spidey is creative with his style of waking you. The variety is nice. make sure that your WiFi connection is up to par as you will need that to fully enjoy this toy. He learns from your interaction, So get involved. Finally , while there are a few neat features in this can of spiders, I just believe it is too much money for something so fragile aimed at kids. I don't recommend this to families on a budget. If you've got the cash to burn, give it a go.
Side note: Some of the jokes are pretty Lame/Funny. But in all, it is a forgettable product. Only for the BIG Spidey fans.

Is the coffee really hot when it comes out?
Yes. However, the hot plate beneath the carafe keeps the coffee hot. With that being said, it does get hot. But it dies take a while to brew a full pot of coffee. Unfortunately as with mostly all glass carafes, this pot only keeps the coffee hot for a couple hours as to not burn the carafe.

That's going to have be on preference. You may find that i9 may be too much or just to your liking. If it's matter of finances, I would do more research. Catch a few videos online. But mostly, it's going to have to be what makes you happiest in the end.

Can I install this camera outside, not under a cover?

How do I know when the camera is charging? I tried to plug it in continuously (with the provided plug) - but I keep on seeing the battery going down. When I took it out of the mount and plugged it in, there is no light.
You should see the flashing white light and make sure that the plug is connected properly.

I already have a Nest aware subscription. Will these cameras be able to be added to my account?
