The best option in the $10-$20ish price range

I've been looking for some PC speakers that are just two speakers and nothing more. A lot seem to come with subwoofers and other things like that which I wasn't interested in. I was also only willing to spend around $20 for a set. After looking at all the options available at Best Buy, this really is the best option in the $10 to $20 range. I like that it has the volume dial right on it as well as a headphone jack, which is convenient. These speakers also can get louder than I'll ever likely use them. I also have no complaints about the sound quality. There are some cheaper options around $10, but I really recommend just spending the extra and getting this.

Yes! They sound great. I use mine to play PC games as well as watch Netflix and things like that.
