I had this installed this summer and the picture quality is outstanding. It by far surpasses any theatre that is in my area. I am projecting it on a 110 inch screen an sometimes the refresh seems a little slow. I am not sure if it is the size of the screen or a slight lag in the projector. Anyhow I love this projector and my friends and family can't believe how great the picture is.

What is the difference between this model and the Samsung k8500 4K ultra hd blu ray player? I just bought a Samsung ultra hd suhd tv and was trying to decide which to get

The k8500 is a true 4k player and with a 4k disc you will get best possible picture. The j6300 is an upscaling non-true 4k player and will have slightly less picture quality. This will mainly be noticed on large tv and projectors.
