Brand new not fully tested. We bought the dryer to match the washer over the Thanksgiving holiday sales. Just had it installed this past weekend. The first load dried OK second load with 3 jeans, 1 sweatshirt and 1?pair slippers are taking at least two full cycles to dry.

Gave it a three rating because you have to purchase them. So you might as will just get them from Best Buy so they delivered with the unit. If they bought the wrong parts they replace them for free you don't have to worry about trying to return the part that's already been opened.

The installers were very nice and did take very long to set up after they hauled away the old washer &a dryer. They ran a quick test load. I wish they were trying to give more instruction on the units. We had ordered stainless steel hoses but they brought rubber. Need to replace those.
