They were very friendly and showed me a few things about the washer and dryer. A big thanks to the gentlemen who performed the installed for Best Buy, they did a Great Job!

I did a LOT of research before ordering. I looked at a similar washer by another maker but it had quite a few negative comments. So far, I love my washer. I did all my bedding using the steam cycle. No problem with the big loads. I like the magnetic door feature that keeps the door ajar. The installation team was on time, efficient and polite. I would the braided steel hoses to replace rubber ones that come with the washer. Pros: Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, Lots of Features, High Quality

I have read many reviews for many front loading washers and dryers before making my purchase on the LG machines.
We have only had our machines for a few weeks now, but I am so glad I made this purchase.
It is not only quiet, but it dries super-fast. Bulky items like towels or comforters would take HOURS to dry in our old dryer (and we bought that thing bring new not even 4 years ago, another Korean brand).
This dryer has a sensor dry and tumbles it until the items are very dry.

By far the best brand that we have found. Sometimes these will go on sale & we stock up because we have had really good results from this filter. It is true to time. Meaning, I have wrote the dates of the day we replace the filter on the filter itself and each one has lasted us exactly 6-6.5 months & we use it A LOT! it is our main source of water in the house because we are iffy about consuming the tap water! Great purchase. You can truly taste the difference it makes!

Heats water quickly. Lid opens leisurely and very smoothly when you hit the button on the handle. Auto shut-off working well. One quiet beep when you hit buttons on the base, and 3 quiet beeps when the desired temperature is reached. Also beeps once quietly when you take the kettle off the base or replace it on the base. The LED backlit buttons on the base look cool. Water level on the kettle is not backlit but is easy to read. Top of kettle has a clear lid made of plastic, which looks cool. Water heated in the kettle tastes normal (no metal or plastic taste).
