The Geek Squad provided great service when I had a computer issue. I could not find my files, they said they were there, but I could not see them. I had them dial into my system and fix the problem. So glad I purchased this warranty. It paid off right away and I did not even have to take the computer in to them. Computer was up and running again within an hour and I had acess to all of my files again. Thanks Geek Squad!!!

does this computer usually take along time to recharge meaning like does this computer stays for a long time showing there is 1 minute to fully recharge? i have been charging it for 30 min and it still says 1 min left to fully recharge, it is 2 days old.
I have never had a problem with this computer charging, but I always try to keep in plugged as much as any computer that I have used in the past.
