Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise give the best acting performance of their careers. This best picture winner is a gem. I had not seen it for a long time and it was like a total new experience and perspective watching this film again. I recommend it, and if you are collecting the best picture movies this is a must to add to the collection.

This film was mesmerizing. It reminded me of the classic Watership Down. I do hope they can remake Watership Down and Make it look as beautiful as this film was made. It's a moving work of art.

Giant is the classic in epic filmmaking with an exceptional cast with the story of triumph from rags to riches to rags with shows money is not the road to happiness but the road to personal ruin in what constitutes love and true loyalty. James Dean is great in this film, it is a shame we could not see what his potential in the future was.
