This case has a lot of noteworthy positives with one major--and in my case fatal--flaw. The actual "protective" part of the case is slightly better than the average single-layer plastic case in that it has a slight lip, meaning if you drop your iPad face-down the screen will not take as direct an impact. It's slightly thicker than the Zagg case I previously tried, too.
What the overall case lacks versus the Zagg is protective power "at rest." The keyboard part of the case only attaches to the main part via a magnet, and the magnetic connect is to the IPAD and not the case itself, meaning it simply will not stay closed securely.
The keyboard itself is the best part of the entire ensemble. Even for a gaming keyboard aficionado like myself, the full-sized Logitech keyboard was pretty solid for portable typing needs. I recognize this is the major reason one would look at this case in the first place and that my own desire for hardcore protection is not the norm.
But the keyboard has a "feature" that ends up being a huge drawback: the Smart Connector power supply. It sounds nice not to have to charge the keyboard separately as it runs off the iPad. But this keyboard eats battery like crazy even at rest. I put the iPad in my backpack at 100% charge at 9 A.M. the first morning I had it. By the time I got to court at 10:30 my iPad battery was at 55%. That's nearly half the battery drained in an hour and a half of doing nothing, when the Pro by itself will handle a full day of HD video watching, gaming, or other intensive use on a single charge. By the time my work day was over at 2:30 the iPad was down to 12%. Not only is this pitiful in terms of efficiency, it significantly decreases the utility of the case AND the device.
If for some reason you can keep your iPad separate from the keyboard all day except during times of use, AND you have zero concerns about drop damage, this may be a case for you. I simply cannot recommend it.

Bought a new Invisible Shield after the last one died valiantly while saving my phone’s screen. Not even a scratch on the underlying screen. I trust nothing else on my devices.

What's that, Best Buy? You're going to give me Rewards points for telling people the iPad is a great piece of technology? OK.
The iPad is a great piece of technology.
OK, I suppose I owe the Internet a little more substance than that.
I upgraded to the Air 2 from the iPad 2, and the difference is immense. The Retina screen is an entirely new experience and much easier on the eyes: almost unlimited viewing angles, and wonderfully deep visuals.
Perhaps more importantly, the difference in processing power is incredible. I can reliably run my company's remote Virtual Desktop from the Air 2 without even a hint of lag. Other business apps run seamlessly.
Battery life is awesome on the Air 2. I can use it heavily for 8-10 hours, or get two days between charges with light use. The battery remains virtually untouched during idle time, something Android somehow has not figured out yet.
This most recent iPad is truly powerful enough to serve as a primary business device for everyday use.

Due to ongoing back issues I needed to dump my amazing but hefty Ativa MobileIT bag. This backpack really fit the bill. The adjustable laptop pocket securely holds my 13" ultrabook. The lay-flat feature is a MUST for anyone who travels by air these days, though I have not gotten to test it yet. The separate tablet pocket is very handy to protect my iPad.
The backpack is not loaded down with pockets and compartments like my old case, but it has plenty of slots for pens, business cards, etc. The neat headphone pocket is really nice if you have a pair of good headphones to lug around and don't want them banging around against your books, clothes, or other tech.
The padding on the straps and the cooling features are great: I can carry this thing around in 90-degree Tennessee heat and not feel so much as a drop of sweat.
The only regret I have is that I did not have one of these in college or law school!

I have been a HUGE Otterbox fan for years, but the Defender series finally got too bulky for me. When my company bought me a new iPad Air 2, I excitedly jumped on Otterbox's versatile new Agility series. The design in theory is amazing. The ability to switch between a professional-looking, highly functional folio-stand and a portable but protective shell was wonderful.
But this system has a terribly fatal flaw. Among the lovely symphony of plastic, vinyl, and metal, lies an absolutely stupid layer of glue. The core hard cover attaches to the folio and wall mount via a pair of magnets. As one might expect, when removing the iPad from the folio or Wal-Mount, the power of the magnets tears the glued-on magnet right off the shell.
Any number of fixes would have worked. Make the magnet on the shell internal. Use stronger adhesive. Anything. But the cheap glue Otterbox uses renders any fix futile: the whole line will likely have this problem. Otterbox may fix this problem in time. But for now, AVOID to Agility series.

I bought some of this stuff for my various touchscreen devices. It worked pretty well for the first couple weeks, but it does not take long for the microfiber cloth to lose its absorbency and become a soggy mess, at which point its efficacy wanes. I'll be sticking with the disposable wipes they sell from now on as they last longer for the money.

You've just dropped $500 on an iPad and $35 on an Invisible Shield. It really makes sense to pay somebody to protect your device properly. The fact that they will replace the Shield if it screws up is worth it compared to the hazards of home installations.

When Beats came out I kind of looked on them with disdain. Paying $300 for a pair of headphones seemed utterly absurd to me--much like paying $300 for a pair of sneakers. Nonetheless I got to the point where I needed some noise-cancelling headphones for work (conference calls, etc.) and I located a pair of these babies on an Open Box special at a price comparable to other noise-cancelling headphones, so I figured I would see what the fuss was about.
Boy am I glad I did.
These headphones preserve the quality of all manner of audio like nothing I have ever heard, headphones or speakers alike. Conference calls actually feel like you are in a conference--all outside noise is blocked out and voices are clear as day.
Music is a wonderful experience through these headphones, but what I really love is watching live events like sports and WWE. The percussive nature of the bass frequencies makes you feel like you're there in person. It's a really immersive experience.
Enhance your gaming experience with this gaming pad that features analog control, a D-pad and 12 action buttons. Force feedback lets you feel the action for another dimension of entertainment.

I'd love to be able to comment more on the quality and functionality of this controller. Unfortunately it does not work at all for Steam games even with a controller emulator installed. Therefore it is essentially a useless hunk of metal and plastic for any modern gaming.
