Good, but not great

Decent, but not fantastic cleaning. Items placed in 3rd rack don’t get that clean. Steam feature doesn’t really do much, from what we have noticed.....save yourself a few hundred dollars & buy the version that doesn’t have the steam feature. Loading has been confusing, even with the manual, though we seem to be figuring it out now after almost 2 months. Using jet dry on a regular basis does aid in drying, however that is with the extended drying cycle which causes the full cycle to take just under 4 (yes, FOUR) hours. Bottom line, we miss our old dishwasher.....they just don’t make them like they used to!
Pros: super quiet, holds a lot, cleans fairly well
Cons: doesn’t really dry things well, extremely long cycle
