The 2015 28" Vizio E28H-C1 or the 2014 Samsung 28" Samsung UN28H4500AFXZA
I don't know which is the better overall product as reviews are mixed for each. Vizio www.vizio.com/e28hc1.html released a new 28" this year but Samsung www.samsung.com/us/video/tvs/UN28H4500AFXZA did not. This TV is a replacement for the TV in the kitchen.
