Depends on the day, but for the most part these work rather well.
For music I have not had any problems. They sound great and once you download the app you can customize the sound levels.
For phone calls they work most of the time. Sometimes my wife says I sound miles away while trying to talk to her and I have to take out and talk on the phone without these paired.
As far as run time. They last a lot longer than advertised. We did a 6 hour plane ride and I still had 40% left when Ianded.
The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is the phone calls.

How do I get this to work? I plugged it in and attempted to install software, but message said install Incomplete and unsuccessful. I have new laptop Win 10 PC. HELP. Web site states Best Buy can install the software, but for an additional $150.00,
Try a different USB port. All I did was plug in and it worked. I did plug it into my 3.0 USB instead of the 2.0 USB. If you have a 3.0 use that one. Do not pay to have installed. It is a plug and play program. If it doesn't work on your other USB the it may be defective.
